Sorry that i havent been on i just have been busy and everybody and everything is changing well for the items i dont have pictures for: My grandpa passed away, my uncle WUZ in the hospital, and i think thats it. I cant get my pictures to download so i guess i am gunna have to doing another time! Hola, how are all of you????? I am doing great, I know that! Spring Break is here which means VACATION + NO SCHOOL!!!!!!! YES! We have 1 week 1/2 to play, go on vacations and have fun! Easter is also around the corner too! We are going on a MINI vacation to a huge water park close to where we live! I hope it will be fun, we are going on Friday........Unfortunatly we are missing the parties and egg hunts our family is having!!! :{ But, we always get together to make up for it! I still haven't gotten my bird yet! :[ Our friends went to florida and we were babysitting their hamster named Freddy! He's gray and cute LOL! Dance, and Hair Cut!

The dance last Friday was awesome!!!!!!! The band was great and the lead singer was a LITTLE cute, but what was really cool was that he gave me a high five!!!!!!! :] :] :] LOL

I also got my hair cut and I love that too. I got my bangs that were grown out cut shorter and layered so it's long but layered it's really cute and i like it lots! LOL

I need your help, PLZZ! My mom won't let me get a bird like a budgie and I did all of the reasearch on them and know everything!!!!!! I found this color and thats the one i am getting. He's blue, I have food dishes and a cage so if u could plz leave a comment BEGGING my mom to let me have it it would be great LOL I know you read this mommy! LOL

This was just outside our window the other afternoon. We thought it was very cool to see all of these birds eating the seeds out of the bird feeder. There were many types of birds: Wood peckers, blue jays and I think some red type. It was very interesting. Today we saw Mr. Squirrl on the feeder... Sneaky! SOOO COOL!!!

Happy Holidays! Christmas is 2 days away! Yippee! I asked for gift cards and a ipod nano for christmas and I hope i get them! I came downstairs this morning to let the pups out and I saw a peculiar figure on the window. Recipe Frenzy!

As a good friend of mine requested I am putting my family "Fudge" recipe for all of you and I decided to add another I think is a fun and easy way to cook with your kids or just for fun. To all I know who look at my blog that are coming to my Christmas party these will be here!

Fudge: (makes one pan 11'' by 13'')

Ingredients:

3 Lbs. milk chocolate

1 pint vanilla ice cream

1 TSP. vanilla

Instructions:

Melt chocolate, add other ingredients,

spread over buttered pan, chill until hard.

Peanut Butter Rice Crispie Treats: (Not normal rice crispies)

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

1 cup corn syrup

1/3 cup peanut butter

6 cups rice crispies

8 oz. chocolate and butterscotch chips

Instructions:

Put sugar and cornsyrup into pan, bring to

boil, add peanut butter and rice crispies.

Press into pan, drizzle with melted chips.

Let cooling until solid. Enjoy!

P.S one tip: rinse cooking pan IMEDIATLY after cooking,

otherwise the it will become solid and is terribly hard to

get off and clean! Enjoy!

My goodness, what a crazzzzzzy time of the year. I doesn't help when your in the middle of a family "crisis" My older cusion was injured and there family is having trouble so we all have been kinda set back on everything. I think we have all our shopping done. Our school doesn't give us any time to have for christmas plus we have to do our school christmas parties! I am very stressed tired, and worried about Christmas this year but hopefully we will be able to pull
through! Wish me luck! I have also been set back on my wonderfull Tea on Tuesday, but with the holidays we kind of are doing it along with we always sit down to dinner and have hot chocolate ever once and a while. It may not be on Tuesday but it was still great. I love the holidays and plan to go every where but this year everyone is coming to my house for a party and dinner. So we picked out our exchange gifts for our toss up game. It is very fun! We also have been doing lots of cooking but my mom's favorite is our meltaway fudge mmmmmmmm! Happy Holidays!

We had a great halloween! I was a vampiress, and Amanda ( my sis ) was a devil! Now be aware, these are homemade costumes so they aren't the best but that doesn't matter! We had an awesome time and the picture of the candy multiply that times like 4 and that shows you how much candy we got total! We got home did our chores and the first thing we did was dumped our buckets out totally and sorted, traded, ate, and packed it all up for next year ( the buckets)!!!! We had an awesome time, Happy Halloween! Now we are going to bed for school tomorrow, Goodnight! LOL!

Halloween Bingo for my 4-H Club!

Every Year a few days before Halloween our 4-h ( A group of members that meet every month and do fundraisers, horse shows, and activities.) gets together and goes to the closest care center and plays bingo with the elders in our Halloween costume! It's a Blast! We usually use candy corn as markers and a regular bored and net thing ( for all the little numbers to be chosen out of!) These are our 4-H members and there parents have bunches of fun!

Sorry I have not been posting I am very busy getting the farm ready for winter but we named Amanda's kitten StarFire and the name of my kitten is Corki (below!) We have a new kitten that was very healthy when she had a brother and sister and now that they have passed on she got sic and cold with these freezing nights, so she is now in the house and growing strong but she doesn't have a name, Yet! We also have LOTS of chicks large, small, yellow, brown, and even black but there are like 40 of them! Cheep! I am sorry again I do not have any pictures but I will get some soon!

My dog Sydney got stitches! We are not sure what she cut it on but she ran into the barn and when my mother and sis finally caught up she stood there wimpering! She cut under her arm about three inches but now she is recovering with a cone on her head and a very comfy bed! LOL

We had a Family reunion last night. We all picked pears to can, had a great feast, rode horses, chased chickens, swam in the pool, and had an all around fun time! It's a Girl! Welcome "Savana!" We have a new calf here at Harmony Acres, born at 3:00 pm on August 31st! She is very big, and was walking already at 4:00 pm! P.S But she's a bit wabbly! LOL! She is a beautiful calf and we Welcome her here! My mother, artificially inseminated the mother, Katie, a few months ago and now it came to this! She is all brown with a white face and a tiny little black dot on the left side of her forhead! I will keep you posted on her growth and I wish her luck on a happy and healthy life!

I got a cell phone, and it is a Kyocera camera phone that has games, of course a camera and much, much more! I love it and it is a very good way to keep in touch with my family, as my dad says "She is getting to that age where I need to keep track of her!" LOL!! I love this phone! We had a great vacation, lots of fun and activities! We did a lot of things together, we went on the boat, to the races, played on the 4 wheeler and golf cart, and a lot more! We had a great time and might even go to Canada ourselves! My cousins had a lot of fun and my other cousins girlfriend even made us beautiful glass blown necklaces! They we amazing!

Takin' Off For Another Vacation!

We are getting the house cleaned for my cousin and Uncle, they are coming from Ontario, Canada once again! They come every year on July 14th, and this year, for the first time they are staying for 2 weeks! We have worked very hard and will be working even harder on Friday! The Morning they come is the same morning as our Soverign State day Parade is so they are meeting my mom down where it starts and they are gunna watch us, but on Friday we have to clean, clean, clean AND Pack, groom and fill the trailer! Talk about a busy day....
LOL! My cousin is 17 1/2 and her name is Caitlin, my other cousin who might be coming down (I'm not sure), his name is Lee and her is 20 sum years old, and Last but not least my Uncle Chris is driving down and he is my Dad's brother! We always have fun on our boat and in the pool! 2 years ago was a great week, my Grandmother, (Judy), has four sons my dad (Alec), my Uncle Chris, My Uncle Drew and my Uncle Barry and that year we had all my Uncles come down with all my cousins and everybody hid in the shop and we sat my Grandmother down and we whistles and they all came out, it was 24 years since she saw them all together and she just Cryed and Cryed! It was a great time and we had so much fun! We also do a lot of shopping when they come because the difference in prices in Canada are so much more then here, so they spend a lot of money! We also sometimes buy gifts for eachother and they stay in the guest room (or my bedroom!) But I will put out lots of pictures after the 30th (that's the morning they leave, which is always sad so I don't want to talk to much about it!) I won't be blogging for the next two weeks so talk to you all in a while!

Our Vacation Over the Weekend!

We went on Vacation on Saturday and Sunday! The man in all the pictures in Mr. Pat Parelli, one of the best horse trainers EVER (or at least thats what I think!) We had a lot of fun, we stayed at a hotel and went out to eat. We went swimming at the hotel and spent over 350$! WOW........and 55 of it was mine! We had a great time and can't wait until next year! We sat in chairs in a GIANT colliseum and watched a show from 9:30-5:00pm both nights! It was sooooo cool! LOL! The picture with every one was our 4-H group and it was in Madison, Wisconsin! ~Anj~

We ahve a horse that is being borded at our house and his name is Ferset, pronounced (Fur Say.) His name came from the first 3 letters of his mom and dad's name! The orange one is my sister's horse, his name is Comet. They are best buddies! He is a 18 year old gelding and is an arabian! He is a very sweet horse!

We are having a great summer and so are our animals! They enjoy the sun, but not the heat! We have to go out there 3 times a day to check their water! But that's ok, I love animals and they take care and that's my part! Our Garden is doing great we have corn, strawberries, lettuce, tomatoes, blue berries, onions, chives and much, much more! We can't wait until everything else grows greatly! We already had strawberry smoothies with the strawberries we picked! It was so good! Well I'll keep you updated!

We have moved Izzabella out to the patio now! She is still and indoor/outdoor dog but now she sleeps outside with Sydney! she seems to stay more comfortable on cooler nights and have more fun with Sydney! She loves it and is now 6 1/2 months old!

We have the animals ready and signed in to their classes and all their food cup and supplies ready! We have family coming down from Canada in 2 1/2 weeks and we have to have everything ready by then! Our Friend is in Hamster Heaven

(2 years ago, the first day home, and my Dad!)

My sister's Hamster, Puddles, died on Friday, June 22. We were all very sad and made an engraved stone with his name and (2oo5-2oo7) on it. We will miss him but will remember the memories we had. My hamster Herbie is still heathy and perky so hopefully he stays like that for a while longer! I hope everyone helps my sister through it and if you leave a comment make sure you look back, because she will thank you! :'(

At woodworking (a project we do and make wooden items in 4-h) we made cloverleaf and name plates. We put our horses name on the plate and our 4-h club on the clover leaf. These are some photo's that we took at the meeting while i was cutting, sanding and trimming the cloverleaf!

We have some new baby chicks and ducks from our incubator!

6 ducks and 5 chicks hatched from our incubator last weekend and were 2-3 days early! They are all doing great and are very healthy! The chicks are playful and the duckies love to swim in the sink! The ducks are black and the chicks are black and white. These are some of the photos we took during and after the hatching! Aren't they cute! Ahhhhh........!!!!

We put our new baby duckies in our sink! They loved it! All 6 of the duckies swam and swam and played around they had so much fun and it was a funny sight! LOL They are black so it was like watching black cotten balls float in the water!

Strawberries!!!

We just grew over a dozen strawberries in our garden and wow were they good! They were so ripe and red, they were very sweet too! I love strawberries and I just want to celebrate because these are the best ones we grew yet in the last 2 years! Don't they look good??

We had an awsome time and it had great and fun things to do but we had to get up at 5:00am to get to my school on time!! We went swimming at Mount Olympus WaterPark, had lunch at MooseJaw Pizza, drove go carts and went on the outdoor WaterSlides! (In 60 Degree Temps!! BRRRRR!...............LOL.............But me and my pals were brave!!!) It was sooooo COOL!!! :)

We have some newcomers at our farm! Our mother Blue Sumatra had five baby chicks on Monday Morning and are doing great! Just so I don't confuse you..... the one that are blue are in the barn and the ones that are black are in the incubator! The chicks are very healthy and happy, but when we go to pick them up the mother kinda attacks us so we are trying to stay away from them as much as possible! They are cute and growing fast so I will keep you up to date on their growth!

We have Baby chickens on the way! Black Sumatras! I'm am soooo excited to see them, they are always so cute when they first are out of their shells! I will Keep you up to date on the pictures but they have a few days to go! Woopy! This is what they are in before they hatch, called an Incubator, or as my sister calls it a "Substitute Mom", what it does is heats the eggs for 21 days and then the babies begin to hatch! We have been doing it for 6 years and I have been keeping it at school for all my classmates to watch! I had this exact one in my kindergarden classroom 6 years ago, WOW! But they are ready some time in the next few weeks so I will let you know when they are hatching! :)

These are the things we got are MOM! Flowers, sissors, keychain, and air freshener! She really liked it! We had a picnic too! Except it turned into an indoor one because of the weather! But..........I had my Grandma and Grandpas from my Mom and Dads side over and we had a nice Chicken lunch with other sides! "MMMMM......!

My Puppy Isabella

This is my puppy Isabella, she is almost four months old and is a purebred Pug. She is very playful and loves toys that squeak! She knows a few tricks only because she is so young still but we will be teaching her more and more. Isabella is an inside dog but loves to play outside and on the patio with our other dog Sydney. She is a Austrailian Sheperd. Isabella has a few nicknames, or a names we call her a lot, we call her "Izzy" and "Isaboo!!" She comes whenever we call her, most of the time! :) She has a lot more growing to do and I will keep you posted on the pictures!

Quincy Charmer

This is Quincy, my 16 year old Quarter Horse Gelding. He is a very sweet horse and loves to run and play! He is Chestnut in color and loves Poptarts.....LOL.....I got him last year ('06) . He wasn't ridden very often for two years so needed a little bit of attitude arrangement before I could hop on and ride! He is doing very good now, just has a little problem in his hip which is being taken care of.... so I will be showing at fair this year! :) We have two other horses that he likes to hang around with, Dante and Comet, also Quater Horse Geldings! Quincy is a very nice horse and I will Love him 4-EVER!
